1 vaso de leche
2 huevos
azúcar
canela
aceite para freir
En primer lugar ponemos una cucharada de azúcar en el vaso de leche y removemos bien hasta que se disuelva...En un bol batimos los huevos y en un segundo ponemos la leche dulce... primero mojamos el pan en la leche y luego en el huevo batido...
A continuación, espolvoreamos las torrijas con una mezcla de 4 cucharadas de azúcar y una de canela, a mi me gusta hacerlo con un colador porque el azúcar queda repartida de manera más uniforme...
