Cáscara de naranja
Aceite de oliva Arbequina
- Escurrir bien las aceitunas de su salmuera...
- Pelar 1 diente de ajo y trocear lo más fino y pequeño posible...
- Lavar, y cortar lo más fino posible la cáscara de naranja...
- Mezclar todo y aliñar con un chorrito de aceite de oliva...para mi gusto el de la variedad Arbequina es el que mejor le va...
