Lacon a la cerveza negra

La receta de hoy es de esas buenas, bonitas y baratas...de las que siempre salen bien y te permiten tomar el aperitivo con tus invitados un día de fiesta y no pendientes del fogón!


Ingredientes
1 lacón de 1kg-1,5kg
300mL de cerveza negra
250mL de caldo de verduras
1 cebolla
1 nabo
1 cebolla
aceite de oliva
pimienta negra 
sal

  1. Precalentar el horno a 200º
  2. Pelar y trocear las verduras... en una cazuela apta para el horno dorar ligeramente las verduras...salpimentar...introducir el lacón en la cazuela...
  3. Añadir la cerveza...esperar a que empiece a hervir...incorporar el caldo...
  4. Introducir la cazuela tapada en el horno y cocinar durante 1hora...
  5. A la hora, comprobar que la carne esta tierna...si estuviera dura por el tamaño del lacón añadir medio vaso de agua y dejar 20 minutos más...



La carne se separa del hueso y la salsa de verduras será el acompañamiento perfecto...para maridar un buen vino tinto o una cerveza negra y la fiesta puede empezar...ya me contaréis...
